These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Invoice Builder's free invoice generation service.

- The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
- The results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable
- Any errors in the Service will be corrected
- The Service or its servers are free of viruses or harmful components
No advice or information obtained from the Service shall create any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL INVOICE BUILDER, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
- Your use or inability to use the Service
- Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
- Any content or conduct of third parties on the Service
- Any other matter relating to the Service
Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Invoice Builder and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of:
- Your use and access of the Service
- Your violation of any term of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party right
- Any content you create or share using the Service
- Any other activities conducted in connection with the Service
We reserve the right, at our own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you.
11. Termination
By You
You may terminate your account and stop using the Service at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature.
By Us
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including:
- Breach of these Terms
- Fraudulent or illegal activity
- Extended periods of inactivity
- Business reasons
Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. We will delete your account and data in accordance with our data retention policy, subject to legal requirements. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Invoice Builder is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the Service.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
